Bill Benenson, a renowned, award-winning filmmaker and producer whose films include Dirt! The Movie, and The Hadza: Last of the First, is currently completing a documentary about the search for a lost Pre-Columbian city in Central America using LIDAR technology, an endeavor that has garnered much media attention. Bill is also a passionate environmentalist and supporter of The Nature Conservancy, NRDC, Conservation International, Bioneers, RAN, Defenders of Wildlife, and the Union of Concerned Scientists.
