Mni Wiconi Health Clinic and Farm
Led by Standing Rock Sioux Tribe members and health leaders Linda Black Elk, Luke Black Elk and Sara Jumping Eagle in collaboration with UCSF physician Rupa Marya. MASS Design Group, Global Alternative Healthcare Project and National Nurses United, the Mni Wiconi Health Clinic and Farm is a free integrative clinic and farm whose purpose is to provide primary health care services by through decolonizing medicine and the diet.

Please join Linda Black Elk and Rupa Marya for a presentation of this project's beginnings, how it answers crucial social need and how it can serve as a model for all healthcare efforts. The Lakota Dakota people have been some of the fiercest resistors of colonization and currently have some of the most negatively impacted health outcomes in the Western Hemisphere. Come learn how decolonizing approaches in health can help improve those outcomes through the reawakening of traditional healing practices supported by integrative health care approaches.
