Trang Tran, a queer, gender-nonconforming, Vietnamese immigrant born in Saigon who grew up in the East Bay, works within the Vietnamese community to heal trauma and develop community resilience through the QTViệt Café, an Oakland-based social enterprise that aims to uplift queer and trans Việt narratives over drinks, snacks, art and intergenerational dialogue.
