Puja Batra, Ph.D., founder of Batra Ecological Strategies, has worked as an independent consultant in U.S. and international settings on conservation-focused microenterprise, water security, urban ecological design, “carbon farming” and other sustainability domains with a wide array of clients. She currently serves on San Diego’s Green Building Council board and the city’s Community Forest Advisory Board and is a member of Biomimicry San Diego.
