Maricela Gutiérrez, Executive Director of Services at the Immigrant Rights and Education Network (aka SIREN), a multi-racial grassroots organization serving northern and central California, has extensive community organizing, leadership development and fundraising experience. Maricela, a Rockwood New Americans, Shannon Leadership and UCSF Blue Shield Foundation Fellow, is a founding member of the Soñadores Invencibles Program and serves on the boards of several arts, education and social justice organizations.
