Kate Lipkis, working in communication dynamics for 40+ years, is a certified council trainer and mentor who helped establish council programs in five public schools in Los Angeles as well as in numerous social justice agencies and several state prisons. A member of the Trainers Mentoring Circle and the Council of Advisors for The Ojai Foundation, Kate also consults with the Center For Council in Los Angeles.
