Jacqueline Martinez Garcel is CEO of the Latino Community Foundation, which exists to unleash the power of Latinos in California. Her previous positions include Vice President of NYSHealth Foundation and Executive Director of Community Voices. Jacqueline served on the IOM Roundtable for Population Health and as a board member of the Institute for Civic Leadership and of Grantmakers in Health. She is a graduate of Cornell and Columbia.
