Guido Frosini founded True Grass Farms (based on the motto of “Food, Ecology, Culture”) in Marin County 6 years ago on land that has been in his family since 1867. He seeks to be not just an exemplary, socially/ecologically conscious rancher but also to educate the public about sustainable farming by engaging directly with consumers through a meat share and at farmers’ markets.
