Delia Carroll, a lifelong resident of the Bay Area dedicated to bringing forth a balanced and integrated approach to the art and practice of Permaculture, is a founding member of the 13 Moon CoLab, a co organizer of the West Coast Women’s Permaculture Gatherings and curates the PlaceMaker’s TeaHouse at various West Coast gatherings.
